YEA ANN!!!
Our blog is working again! After Jim and Dan spent hours on the phone going through my security options, Ann suggested that I unplug the whole thing and then plug it all back in. It worked! I still have some contacts at TSA's CIO office if you're interested. :-)

My way of thinking: turn it off and back on again, unplug it or if all else fails kick it a good one :) I'm glad it worked.
